CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS By entering the premises, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Entry & Admission * Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at its discretion, subject to applicable laws. * All guests must meet the legal age requirements and present valid identification upon request. * Entry is subject to venue capacity, dress code, security checks, and house rules. * Entry fees and tickets are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated by the organiser. * Re-entry is subject to management approval. 2. Photography & Videography * Photography, videography, and audio recording may take place within the premises during operating hours and special events. * Photographs and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms. * Guests may appear incidentally in event photographs, crowd shots, and promotional videos. * Where required, the venue will obtain appropriate consent before using identifiable images or recordings for marketing purposes. * Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes should inform venue staff or the official photographer. * Guests may request the review or removal of identifiable photographs or videos published on the venue’s official platforms by contacting management. Requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and venue policy. * Unauthorised commercial photography, professional filming, or live streaming is prohibited without prior management approval. * Photography or recording that violates another guest’s privacy, safety, or dignity is strictly prohibited. 3. Guest Conduct & Behaviour * Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, performers, security personnel, and other patrons. * Fighting, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and inappropriate physical contact are strictly prohibited. * Any individual displaying aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may be removed from the premises. * Management reserves the right to contact the relevant authorities where necessary. 4. Alcohol & Prohibited Substances * Alcohol will only be served to guests who meet the legal drinking age. * Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated individuals. * Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden. * Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless authorised by management. 5. Personal Belongings & Liability * Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. * The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings except where liability arises under applicable law. * Guests may be held responsible for damage caused to venue property, equipment, or furnishings through intentional or negligent conduct. * Guests participate in nightclub activities at their own risk, subject to their statutory rights and applicable law. 6. Reservations, Tables & Bottles * Table reservations are subject to availability and management confirmation. * Deposits, minimum spending requirements, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. * Management reserves the right to release reservations that do not arrive within the stated grace period. * Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited unless approved by management. * Unfinished bottles may only be stored or collected according to the venue’s bottle-keeping policy. 7. Security & Safety * Guests may be subject to security screening as a condition of entry, in accordance with applicable law. * Weapons, dangerous objects, and prohibited items are not allowed. * Guests must comply with reasonable safety instructions issued by venue staff. * Management may suspend or terminate an event when necessary for public safety. 8.
